This class can calculate the relative age of a dog based on real age and size.

It generates HTML and JavaScript to show a form asking the user to select several ranges of ages of dogs and their sizes. The form can be submitted using AJAX requests.

The class takes the selected option and displays a message showing the relative age of the dog compared to human years based on a table used by veterinarians.
