This class can perform queries on a JSON file database.

It can open an file to store or retrieve data in JSON format so it can perform several types of queries on the stored data. Currently it can:

- Find nodes with a given path
- Apply filters that determine conditions on the queried data
- Retrieve the nodes that match the conditions
- Delete given nodes
- Save the current nodes with the whole database structure
