There seems to be a misunderstanding.

The resources that are restricted to premium users are listed in the premium page, which are early access to jobs posted for free, expose contacts to non-premium users willing to hire developers, ans post questions to PHP specialists.

The access to PHP classes is always free because classes are contributed by the users of the site.

Keep in mind that these PHP classes in this site are programming components written as object oriented programming classes. These are not teaching classes as in training. That is a common confusion from newcomer users because the word classes in English is ambiguous.
