Cover for iBook Stanza

Hello,
I am working on converter FB2TOEPUB.

As I discover iBook and Stanza do not show Cover page.
My changes to fix this:

}

coverImage - is ID of cover image.

Thanks, I missed the cover image meta tag, and thanks for the Subject suggestion, it'll be in the next update :)
